Reliable for garden tasks

This isn't my first purchase from Rotoshovel, and once again, I'm happy with what I got. I ordered another 12 Volt Lithium Ion 2.0 Amp Hour Rechargeable Battery because my old one is starting to lose a bit of its charge after a couple of years. The new battery works just as well as the original did when it was new. Shipping was fast this time, took about 4 days to get to me in Oregon, which is consistent with my past orders. They've always been reliable for quality and delivery, which is why I keep coming back when I need something for my garden tools.

Good digging tool

I bought the Rotoshovel. It arrived in 6 days. Used it to plant some small trees. It dug through the soil easily. Battery lasted long enough. Happy with the purchase.

Great value with bundle

I was looking for a power digging tool and decided on the Rotoshovel after comparing prices. I ended up getting a bundle that included the Rotoshovel, an Extension Handle, and a Carrying Case. The price for the bundle was really good, much better than buying each piece separately. I felt like I got a lot of value for my money. The tool itself worked well for digging post holes for a small fence project. The free shipping on orders over $100 was a nice bonus too, saved me a few bucks there. For a first-time buyer, I felt like it was a solid purchase and worth the investment.

Made planting so much easier

So I finally got myself the Rotoshovel and seriously, where has this been all my life? I used it to plant a bunch of bulbs this weekend and it was super easy. No more backaches from digging. Just pressed the button and it did all the work. It came with the battery and charger, which was nice. Delivery was pretty quick too, like 5 days to reach my place in Texas. The only thing is, it's a little heavier than I thought it would be, but not a deal breaker. Definitely a game changer for my garden.

Good tool, some shipping issues

I purchased the Rotoshovel Powered Handheld Shovel with Auger, along with an extra Replacement Auger Bit. The tool itself is pretty solid and helped a lot with planting some new shrubs; it certainly cut down on the effort. Battery life was decent, got through a good amount of work on one charge. My main gripe was with the shipping. It took 8 days for my order to arrive in Nevada, which felt a bit long, especially since I paid for standard shipping. Also, the packaging for the extra bit was a little flimsy. Overall, a useful product, but they could improve on their delivery speed and internal packaging for smaller items.
